Producer Mahaveer Jain announces on Twitter, that he is excited to make a film on the life of Kapil Sharma under ‘Lyca Productions’. The title of the film is ‘Funkaar’ and will be directed by Director Mrighdeep Singh Lamba of ‘Fukrey’ fame. The title of the film suits well on Kapil’s personality.
“Looking forward to bringing to the audience, the story of India’s most beloved FUNKAAR. Kapil Sharma,” says Director Mrighdeep Singh Lamba.
Lyca Productions and producer Mahaveer Jain have collaborated with many actors and helped in films like- Ram Setu; Mann Bairagi; Anand L Rai Good Luck Jerry which is a transformation of a Tamil blockbuster produced by Lyca Productions. They have also made a biopic on Vishwanathan Anand.
